A stolen truck trailer and skid steer were recovered during a traffic stop north of Cochrane.

On Monday, officers with the RCMP Southern Alberta District Crime Reduction Unit (SAD CRU) were investigating property crime in Mountain View County when they noticed a white GMC Sierra.

"The truck had an obstructed licence plate and was towing a flat deck trailer and a skid steer." stated the RCMP.

Mounties then pulled the driver over and discovered that the truck was stolen out of Crossfield, the black tilt deck trailer was stolen out of Calgary, and the Caterpillar skid steer was stolen from Okotoks.
