There were no new deaths from COVID-19 reported in the past 24 hours with the total remaining at 2,318.

There were 81 new cases reported with the positivity rate remaining below one per cent.

There are 649 active cases in Alberta, an increase of 43 in the past 24 hours. 

Hospitalizations dropped by one to 97 and ICU admissions remain unchanged at 27. 

Cochrane continues to hold at two active COVID-19 cases while Rocky View County added one for a total of eight cases. 

To date, 5,100,111 doses of vaccine have been administered with 74.9 per cent of the population having received one shot. 

The percentage of Albertans who are fully immunized with two shots is 60.7 per cent. 

Vaccinations in the province seem to be leveling off with pharmacies reporting more supply than demand.

Alberta Health Services has announced that distribution sites would be switching to smaller community-based sites.

The large rapid flow vaccination sites in Calgary and Edmonton will be closing by the end of July.
