The Cochrane Activettes want to make sure Christmas is special for everyone this year.

They've launched 12 days of Share your Christmas where they've laid out an item for each day that they're in need of at the Food Bank.

Jan Tracy, President of the Cochrane Activettes says they're trying to make donating simple for people this year.

Tracy says "There are certain things that people don't always think about. We don't get enough peanut butter, we don't get enough granola bars, we don't get enough juice so those kinds of things are part of our program so what we're doing is laying it out this year."

Tracy says as part of their Share your Christmas hamper program they're really trying to focus on older kids and teens this year. She says they often get overlooked because people tend to buy toys for younger children.

Here is the break down for the next 12 days in December.

1- rice
2- canned pasta
3- canned fruit
4- peanut butter
5- oatmeal
