Show Director Rob O'Connor says they've seen a good uptake of participants in the first couple days of the new virtual show.
Producers have adapted well to the digital platform, with people coming in to view the presentations and busy on the chat forums networking and talking with presenters.
O'Connor says Wednesday's numbers show about 5500 people took in the wide variety of information sessions.
The key draws the Nutrien presentation of Saline Soils - The bad and ugly of soils, while other sessions like the Beef Coffee talk on How Livestock Are Critical in a Sustainable Food System with Dr. Sara Place, Applying Agronomy at a Higher Resolution and the Stock Dog Demonstration all saw strong numbers as well.
Some of the highlights for today are the Weather Presentation with MarketsFarm Bruce Burnett, Dr. David Kohl's presentation on How the COVID 19 Pandemic will Transform Agriculture and tonight's Beef Resiliency Panel.
Ag in Motion Discovery Plus is free and is still open for producers to sign up.
