The Cochrane Chaos have now evened the score against all the teams they lost to earlier in the season.

The Chaos dominated the Fort Saskatchewan Fury, 5-0, in Alberta Female Junior Hockey League play here at the Cochrane Arena, Nov. 25.

After a scoreless first period, the Chaos notched two in the second, then added three in the final stanza.

Shelby Kirkpatrick scored a pair for the Chaos and singles went to Cochrane's Summer Gibbons, Aspen Kozak and Jenna Wasylik. Cochrane's Kyla Kruger had pair of assists and singles went to Faith Gette, Kaylin Herman. Alyson MacDougall, Breanna Martin and Elizabeth Wong.

Chaos goalie Jenna Weseen earned her first shutout of the 2017-18 campaign by turning away 22 shots.

Twelve games into the season, the Chaos are 9-3 and have a solid grip on second in the south division. Two of their losses came on an early season road trip against Fort Saskatchewan and Sherwood Park. Since then their only loss came against the league-leading Central Alberta Amazons, a team they have recently beat on home ice.

The Chaos head north this weekend to take on the Edmonton Wolves, Dec. 2, and the Irma Chargers, Dec. 3. It's a tight race in the northern division and the second place Chargers are on a three-game winning streak.

The next home game of the Chaos is Sun. Dec. 10 when they host the Calgary Warriors in Totem One of the SLS Family Sports Centre.
