The Bow Valley Timberwolves AA PeeWee hockey team has been busy off the ice organizing a charity hockey game to raise funds and awareness for "Project All In".

"Project All In" is designed to support first responders' mental health and well-being.

The hockey game is "The Battle of the Badges" and will take place Friday December 13th, at 5pm at the Canmore Arena.

The "battle" will be between Firefighters/EMS vs Police.

The Bow Valley Timberwolves have been taking care of all the details in order to put the charity game on.

Jaxen Adam says, "we assigned a bunch of roles to the Pee Wees like who's coaching, who's running the music for the box, who's running the 50/50, and we've even got cheerleaders."

Riley Boychuk says they will be doing lots to raise funds, "We are going to be doing a 50/50, admission is a donation at the door and a turkey toss during one of the intermissions. Lots of our team's relatives are first responders it's important because they experience lots of bad stuff and we got to give back to them."

Kadon McCann agrees that there are a lot of Timberwolves who have relatives that are first responders and, "It means lots to us to do that for our parents and friends."
