The season isn't quite over for the Bow Valley Bobcats football team.

The team has an exhibition game later this afternoon, Oct. 30, against the Cochrane Cobras junior team. That will be followed by a final game against the Diefenbaker Chiefs at Calgary's Shouldice Park on Nov. 5.

It has been rebuilding season that is starting to pay dividends for the team. With each game, the young Bobcats squad displayed more offensive prowess.

Bow Valley capped off their Rocky View season by scoring three touchdowns in a 40-21 loss against the George McDougall Mustangs, Oct. 19. It was their highest point count of the season.

Team manager Rhonda Carr says it was a great way to end the Rocky View season.

Today's kickoff is at 4 p.m. at the Spray Lake Sawmills Legacy Sports Field.
