The Cochrane Chaos dominated the scoreboard in their second meeting of the year against the Calgary Titans.

The Chaos built a 4-0 lead before the Titans scored their lone goal midway through the third in the Oct. 28 road game at Winsport. The Chaos scored two more in the last 10 minutes to walk away with a 6-1 win over their rivals from Calgary.

Six different shooters crinkled the mesh for the Chaos. Captain Shelby Kirkpatrick opened the scoring unassisted 15 minutes into the game. Kalaina Kozak and Cochrane's Sarah Nusl made it 3-0 after two. Merck Mucenski scored the first of Cochrane's three goals in the third period, with Caitlin Watson and Nicole Johnson rounding out the scoring.

Just two games into the regular season, the Chaos hold down first in the south division of the Alberta Junior Female Hockey League.

The Titans won the season opener here in Cochrane, 3-2, in overtime on Oct. 25.

The Chaos host the Titans tonight in Totem One at the SLS Family Sports Centre. Game time is 7:30 p.m.
