The undefeated Cochrane Cobras football team is heading to the Provincial Semi finals against the Cardston Cougars on November 19.

Robie McNab, Cobras Football Coach, says both teams are evenly matched and it could be anybody’s game.

“Last year we beat them, 49-42 in probably one of the best high school games you’ll see. It was exciting right to the last minute.”

So far the Cobras have been on a winning streak and McNab says the team is prepared and pretty focussed so he feels they are ready for Saturday.

“I think we've prepared the kids the best we've done as coaches and preparation is the name of the game for us. Now, it's up to the kids on Saturday to go out and do what we've showed them to do and play like athletes.“

The game kicks off in Lethbridge at the University of Lethbridge Turf Field at 3 P.M.
