The COVID-19 numbers update for Friday, February 19, saw another 325 new cases over a 24 hour period. There are now 4,840 active cases in the province.

Hospitalizations dropped once again to 352 while the number of ICU patients remained at 55.

Sadly, there were an additional seven deaths reported. The total death toll in Alberta is now 1,812.

Another 14 cases of the UK variant were identified bringing the total to 246. There are seven cases of the South African variant. 

Cochrane has been slowly inching up this week with another case added today for a total of 11 active cases.

Rocky View County has seen a steady decline all week with the total now at 28 active cases. 

Nakoda Emergency Management is reporting two new cases and 20 active cases. 

To date 160,423 vaccine doses have been administered.
