The Rocky View football league enters its playoffs tonight with two of the games being played at the SLS Legacy Sports Field.

The Bow Valley Bobcats play the Springbank Phoenix at 4 p.m., followed by a 7 p.m. game between the Cochrane Cobras and Chestermere Lakers.

W. H. Croxford Cavaliers are the home team against the George McDougall Mustangs on the Ed Eggerer Field in Airdrie.

The Cobras come into the game undefeated and play the fourth-seeded Lakers. Chestermere had a 3-3 record with their other two losses coming at the hands of the Cavaliers and the George McDougall Mustangs.

It's a rematch between the Bobcats and Springbank that's expected to be a close matchup with the Phoenix in the hunt for their first win of the season. In their final regular season game, the Bobcats beat the Pheonix 28-6, after scoring three touchdowns on Springbank's first three possessions.

Croxford beat the Mustangs, 22-17, in their first game of the season, but since then the Mustangs have only lost one other game this season to the Cobras. Expect them to be seeking some redemption.
