Update: As of 10:20am, traffic is now moving again along the Highway 1. Crews still on scene.

Emergency crews are on the scene of what they're calling a major vehicle emergency along Highway 1.

This is eastbound near the Morley exit. 

Traffic is said to be stopped.

Canmore Firefighters are asking drivers to give crews lots of space to work.

There's no word on any injuries.
