We've entered the final week of the nationwide Participaction Community Better Challenge.

If you and your team haven't signed up yet, there's still time to submit minutes of physical activities to help crown Cochrane #1 in the nation.

The challenge runs from June 1 to 30, and every minute of the day, communities are plugging in their physical activities. The winner receives $100,000 to use in their municipality, plus there are other prizes up for grab along the way.

Sport4Life is spearheading the initiative here and will shortly be announcing prizes available locally.

The beauty of the challenge is any form of physical activity counts. Sports, training, walk, cycling... even housework are all part of the calculation.

Attached is a Zoom interview with Lea Wiens and Genevieve Boivin, of Sport4Life Cochrane with plenty more details.

We can do this, Cochrane!
