Outpouring of support continues for a Cochrane family who lost everything when their home went up in flames on Nov. 11.

Local resident Terry Deisman has organized a GoFundMe that he hopes will raise $5,000 to help the family. It's headed "Donations for Steve and his Family."

"A local family lost everything recently in a tragic fire," he writes on the GoFundMe page. "They had insurance, but sadly it does not amount to very much. They are staying in a local hotel and are renting three rooms to accommodate dogs and a  cat that was badly burned in the fire."

Deisman works at the Mobil gas station by Mark's No Frills on 5th Ave., where the family is regular customers.

He says the fire left them without even any clothes. The couple is currently staying in three rooms in a Cochrane motel with their son, dogs, and a badly injured cat. Unfortunately, they lost one of their dogs in the fire.

"All the challenges this poor guy has right now, I just feel for him," says Deisman.
