What better way to launch a musical of a much-loved musical fantasy than in front of an audience it was designed to entertain.

Live theatre has returned to Cochrane with Bow Valley High School's production of Frozen Jr.

A packed house of grade 3 students was the first to enjoy the musical on Mar. 29. They laughed, cheered, and applauded throughout, and afterward, some had a chance to ask questions of the production crew and cast.

The musical opens tonight at the Cochrane RnacheHouse theatre. BVHS performing arts and drama teacher Adrienne Fossheim says all six performances are sold out, and it's the hottest ticket in town.

We had a chance to sit in on yesterday's performance and can assure those with tickets to covet them because you're in for a fun evening.
