Bragg Creek's Dylan Holloway scored two powerplay goals, including the overtime winner, to lead the Wisconsin Badgers to a 2-1 win over the Ohio State Buckeyes in NCAA hockey action last night.

Holloway drew a slashing penalty early in the first period, then made Ohio State pay on the powerplay to give the Badgers a 1-0 lead.

With the score tied at 1-1 at the end of regulation, the Badgers took advantage of another Buckeyes penalty to score just 42 seconds into the extra period.

The Badgers close out the last home series of their NCAA Big Ten regular-season later this afternoon. That's followed by a two-game series at Michigan State, Mar. 5-6, and the Big Ten tournament, Mar. 14-16.

The Badgers are currently second to the Minnesota Golden Gophers in the Big 10 and ranked fifth in the NCAA.

The first-round draft pick of the Edmonton Oilers has 10 goals and 21 assists in 17 games. He's tied for second in scoring for the Badgers, despite playing eight games less after returning home to play for Team Canada in the world juniors.
