It's National Stress Awareness Day.

And it's no secret that 2020 has been a stressful year for most people.

My favourite way to relieve stress is to get outside, go for a walk with friends or family and soak up the sights and sounds of nature.

We've been lucky enough to have a pretty fantastic fall with record breaking temperatures this week. 

We hit 20 degrees on Monday, 18 degrees yesterday and we're shooting for the high teens today.

We even broke temperature records across the province, and Drumheller was warmer than the Bahamas on Monday.
