It's a tough pill to swallow but, alas fall is in the air.

Those long summer days are coming to an end and it's getting dark earlier in the evenings.

Soon we'll be trading in our shorts, flip-flops and iced tea for sweaters, boots and pumpkin spice everything (if that's your jam).

I'll be honest, I've never jumped on that bandwagon. Pumpkin spice very well may be the most delicious thing I've never tasted, but I don't feel like I'm missing out ... Am I?

As we adjust to the changing of the seasons and all that comes along with it; earlier bedtimes, back to school, packing of school lunches, cooler weather and shorter daylight hours ... I'm stopping to breathe in a constant that we're so fortunate to have here in Cochrane.

No matter the season, we always have the most beautiful sunrises here.
