Cochrane Community Health Centre was recently recognized with an International Award for medical office building at the BOMA International meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah. This specific BOMA award is the most prestigious in commercial real estate, and is awarded by the Building Owners and Managers Association.

A comprehensive evaluation for this award Includes: building standards, community impact, community relations, tenant relations, energy conservation, environmental, regulatory and sustainability, emergency preparedness & security standards, amongst others. 

Cochrane Community Health Centre had also been awarded "Outstanding Building of the Year" in July of July 2018 and "Medical Office Building of the Year" in October of 2018.
