The Calgary Flames didn't just bring their game faces last night, the boys proved that they've got a lot more hockey to play this season!

Last night's crucial 6-1 win over the Ottawa Senators means there's still a chance they'll see playoff action this year.

Cochrane's Dillon Dube was among the scorers for the Flames last night. Johnny Gaudreau and Matthew Tkachuk each had a goal and two assists, and Mikael Backlund, Michael Stone, and Mark Giordano also scored for Calgary.

The Flames are now ranked fifth in the Northern Division, with only the Sens and Canucks behind them.

They have three nights off before they face off against Vancouver this Thursday night on home ice.

The puck drops at 7 p.m. at the Saddledome.
