Cochranites and all Albertans will be able to access their COVID-19 vaccination records and have them printed at local registry offices across the province.

With Alberta’s vaccination Restrictions Exemption Program (REP) launched September 20, those without computer access or printers can head to their local registry to obtain a card-sized proof of vaccination.

Other options to access and present COVID vaccination records include:

  • Visiting Alberta.ca/CovidRecords and entering the month and year of their vaccinations, their Alberta Personal Health Number and their date of birth.
  • Presenting their vaccination records previously received through their MyHealth Records account.
  • Presenting the paper immunization records received in person following their COVID-19 vaccination appointment.
  • Contacting the pharmacy or physician's office where they received the vaccine or calling 811 to request a copy to be mailed.

COVID-19 vaccination records may take up to two weeks to show on both alberta.ca/CovidRecords and MyHealthRecords. It depends on when and how the health practitioner inputs the information after administering the vaccine.
