Whitehorse RCMP is pleased to confirm that Owen and Susan Konski have been located and are safe. 

RCMP would like to thank everyone in the Yukon, BC, Alberta, and beyond who have been on alert for the overdue travelers. 

ORIGINAL STORY

RCMP is seeking the public's assistance to locate an Alberta couple as they are overdue for their arrival on a trip. 

Owen and Susan Konski was reported missing on July 27, 2022.

The couple is described as both in their early 60's and were last known to be in Whitehorse on July 20 or 21, before heading south on the Alaska Highway. 

The Konski's are believed to be driving a white, 2019 Dodge Ram 3500 pickup truck with an Alberta license plate. They were also towing a fifth-wheel trailer approximately 30' long.

Attempts to contact Owen and Susan have not been responded to since July 19 and their family is concerned for their safety.

They are believed to be traveling back to Alberta. 

Susan Konski is described as having long white hair and green eyes and is 5' 6" tall. 

Owen Konski is a Caucasian man with medium-length gray/white hair and gray eyes. He wears a goatee and glasses.
