The 18-year-old forward was one of 23 players selected for the team following an 11-day selection camp involving on- and off-ice training, classroom sessions and fitness testing.

Canada and US play their opening game on Wed. Aug. 17 at the Markin MacPhail Centre at WinSport. Other games follow on Aug. 18 and Aug. 20. All games have a 7 p.m. start.
