Saskatchewan's Provincial Election Campaign is officially underway.

Agricultural groups are already coming out with a list of priorities they want to see
political parties address.

Ray Orb is President of the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities.

He says SARM feels Broadband Connectivity in rural areas should be a key priority.

"That's a huge issue because we have large areas of our farming community that don't have good connectivity.
They don't have reliable connectivity and that's something we've been pushing the province on. So that's something
we're going to be asking candidates."

Other key priorities include rural crime and policing, the carbon tax and predictable
funding support for rural municipalities.
