The province, in partnership with the Bragg Creek Trails organization, is in the process of collecting feedback to develop a new plan to improve and maintain the local trails in West Bragg Creek, and there's still time to weigh in.
The West Bragg Creek area supports year-round recreation, Indigenous traditional land use, cattle grazing, petroleum extraction and forestry.
The Master Plan will help guide the development and maintenance of future trails while supporting recreation and protecting the valuable natural ecosystems in the area.
Updating the All Seasons Trail Plan will help to accommodate the growing use of the trails and ensure they can be enjoyed for years to come.
Residents have until Monday, January 24 to provide feedback on the future of the West Bragg Creek trail network.
