April 6, 2018 will be a day forever ingrained in minds across the globe. The bus carrying the Broncos SJHL team, its coach and training staff, and broadcast members was involved in a serious collision on the way to a playoff game in Nipawin, 16 members passed away and 13 survived. Hearts were shaken to the core and the world came together and became Humboldt Strong. Words that will always remind us of that night, Humboldt Strong, we come together even in distance to be Humboldt Strong and today at 4:50 we will stand in silence as the bells toll in remembrance of those we lost and those we hold close to our hearts.
