Fishing anglers will be happy to know that Mitford Ponds have been stocked with trout.

A collaboration of Cochrane Parks, Alberta Conservation Association, Fish in Schools, and other partners have facilitated the arrival of the trout this week.

Fishing enthusiasts who are 14 years old and younger are allowed to keep their catch however, everyone else who is casting their hook must catch and release.
