Cochrane's Inter Pipeline held their annual neighbourhood community barbeque on August 17.

The annual event has been running for years and offers an opportunity for area residents to ask questions or address any concerns to management they have regarding plant operations. They used to do on site tours up until 4 or 5 years ago but safety concerns have restricted that.

This year they had just over 250 people sign in for the evening festivities. Amanda Webb, Administration Assistant for Inter Pipeline, says they see many of the same faces year after year, and it provides a great opportunity for neighbours to connect.

Inter Pipeline is a huge community supporter, supporting many community events, and supporting local.
