Memories have been created at the Weedon Pioneer Community Hall for well over 50 years.

The quaint and desirable hall, located 10 km north of Cochrane on the west corner of Hwy. 22 and Hwy. 567 has reopened its doors and is once again ready to serve the community.

"We're very happy," says Lauren Hosehka. "It has been a long year of restrictions, and now it's nice we're able to get together in groups again."

Hosehka says it's ideal for many different functions, and now is the time to book to avoid disappointment.

"There's a great kitchen downstairs, perfect for cooking big meals and hosting quite a few people, and right now it's beautiful outside. We've done some work on the yard, and it's nice to be able to spend some time outside."

The community hall can accommodate up to 180 people. There's an adjacent playground, an outside deck, and plenty of parking for guests. The entire two-acre site is surrounded by trees for added privacy.
