Do you eat food that has passed its best before date?

I went to grab my yogurt to eat for breakfast this morning and noticed It's two day's passed the best before date.

I've watched enough in-depth news stories on best before and expiry dates and I know that as long as it looks, smells and tastes fine then it's fine to eat, but there's just something about that date that turns me off from eating it.

Especially when it comes to dairy products....

I might push it a bit and eat salad dressing or cereal that is passed its best before date.
