Kim Brochu: Bio
I am a fitness enthusiast with a passion to help others reach their goals. I received my personal training certification in November 2015 after spending 18 years in the veterinary profession as a veterinary technician. I grew up playing competitive soccer and also enjoyed tennis, cycling, running and swimming which developed into a love of triathlons. My family spent many days on hiking trails and backpacking, nurturing my love of nature. My focus lately has been on functional training and plyometrics while always striving to make fitness fun!
