Ladies want to get in on the action?

The Bow Valley Rugby Club (BVRC) is adding another team to the club for women. Ty Hawes, BVRC is getting a women's team registered this season and is looking for any women over 18 to come out and play. Hawes indicates that all skill levels are more than welcome to come out and play and have some fun.

"Anyone who wants to try the sport, or has played in the past is who we want out. It is going to be open to all skill levels and we want to have as much fun as possible."

The BVRC is still a fairly young club in comparison to other clubs in Calgary and area, but has achieved huge accomplishments in the 5 short years it has been running in Cochrane. The club has a youth program, with kids playing from the ages 5-17, a men's team, and a co-ed touch rugby league. They are thrilled to add a women's team to the roster, making the club as diverse as possible.  The main goal is to offer a suitable team for everyone in Cochrane who wants to play.
