While Cochrane RCMP is not releasing what led them to search a residence in Bragg Creek, it did lead them to a number of large ticket items.

Constable Kary Moore shares RCMP executed a search warrant yesterday (November 26) which led them to numerous stolen items. "Currently we are attempting to reunite the rightful owners with the stolen property and continuing our investigation into the recovery of the stolen property."

Larger items such as trailers and water sports equipment were recovered at the scene, but RCMP is asking the public to be patient at this time. "We are asking for the public's patience why we do try to reunite the property with the owners. If we are unable to reunite the people with their stuff we will be doing a media release where we will have pictures expressing  a desire to locate the rightful owners."

Details on whether/what charges the property owner could be facing are not being released at this time as the investigation is ongoing.

If you have any information regarding this case you are asked to call the Cochrane detachment 403-851-8000 or Crime Stoppers 1-800-222-8477.
