Cochrane RCMP is asking the public to take a close look at surveillance pictures of a woman who they believe may have information in regards to numerous break-ins.

RCMP Constable Kary Moore, shares on November 28, numerous break-ins occurred throughout Cochrane with quite a few in the neighbourhood of Glen Eagles as well as some rurally.

"The RCMP were made aware of numerous break and enters into homes, garages, and vehicles overnight. Surveillance photos were obtained from one of the residences and RCMP are reminding people to please lock your vehicles and not leave items of value in your vehicle even if it's parked in your garage."

There were a number of items of value stolen in the string of break-ins, with a reminder to remove garage door openers and lock your inside garage door so thieves can't get access to your homes.

Cst. Moore shares if you see something that doesn't sit right, call it in to be on the safe side. "Please call in any suspicious vehicles or people in their respective subdivisions or anywhere within the community. If you see a vehicle in a strange location or at strange hour something that doesn't look normal to you, please give us a call so we can check it out."
