Cochrane's own Kelly Sinclair is celebrating an incredible feat.

The local entrepreneur has achieved over 2,000 downloads of her Entrepreneur School podcast since launching it just six months ago.

Sinclair, CEO of KS & Co. said the podcast is geared towards entrepreneurs who are also moms.

"Wearing all of the hats that you have to wear when you're trying to run a business and manage your child's social schedule and pack the lunches. I believe after myself having been in business for seven years now, that it is entirely possible to grow a successful business that you love and that works for your life, and raise a family at the same time."

The podcast is gaining momentum internationally, with the 30th episode being recently released.

Sinclair said the first piece of advice she offers people is to get into the right mindset.

"You have to believe in yourself because nobody can do that for you. You have to just commit to what you're doing. Go all in, take your passion and let it drive you to the success that you're ultimately going to have."

"The podcast calls it like it is. Being a mom and running a business is hard. And we constantly face feelings of guilt while navigating business ambitions and family responsibilities," said Sinclair. "We provide practical advice, expert insights, and inspiring stories that encourage our listeners to believe in themselves and create a life where both their businesses and families thrive. It's about embracing the idea that we can be successful entrepreneurs while keeping our loved ones as our top priority."
