Construction on the 4th Ave. retaining wall is in full swing.
Workers could be seen suspended from rebar on Tuesday morning.
It's all part of the $1.5 million 4th Ave realignment and upgrades to the Hwy. 1A corridor to improve traffic in the community.
In late 2022, town council approved an additional $250,000 to add a Cochrane sign to the retaining wall.
Once completed the sign will feature a barn wood-type material incorporated with the word "Cochrane" in a powder-coated steel material with accent backlighting.
