The week-long celebration started with the raising of a Pride Flag in front of The Cochrane Ranche House.

"Out of the abundance of caution for the community, we made the hard to decision to not host a flag-raising ceremony. However, this does NOT diminish our stance on being strong allies with the 2SLGBTQIA+ community," reads a post from The Club, Cochrane's teen space. "We will continue to offer safe spaces, inclusive programming, and working hard to make their paths easier to walk in our community and beyond!"

"The Pride flag will be proudly flying at the Cochrane RancheHouse for all to see this entire week!"

Numerous community activities are set this week throughout Cochrane.
