Cochrane residents have the unique opportunity to have their say on how our town should look as it continues to grow.

The town of Cochrane has launched a new engagement and planning process called Envision Cochrane 2050.

Mark Krysinski, Director of Community Growth said they want to find out how Cochranites would like to see our community grow over the next 25 to 50 years.

"From there what we try to do is use that input, and that engagement, and feedback to add some value and take that back and say, now what does this all mean, how do we use this to make decisions moving forward that best serve the needs and interests of the community."

A survey has been set up that takes about 10-15 minutes to complete.

Krysinski said they don't want residents to hold back on their thoughts when filling it out.

"We really want people to dream big here, this isn't about limited what you want to see. If you'd like to see things like a gondola, or a funicular, or different ways of getting around, this is your opportunity to tell us what you really want."
