UPDATE: Only one change has been made by the town in its afternoon update on the water/wastewater incident.

The incident call centre is transitioning to regular operations. Inquiries can now be made directly to the town's reception at 403-851-2500. It will be staffed during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Level 3 water restrictions remain in place for Cochrane residents and repairs continue to the water main near the River Front Park.

In an update issued Sunday night by the town, residents were encouraged to use restraint in their water consumption.

A level three water restriction entails the following:

• No Bulk Water Sales at the town water station adjacent to the SLS Centre.

• No Outdoor Watering. Hold off on those outdoor rinks for the time being.

• The town will be making water pressure adjustments as necessary.

The town's incident call centre remains available to answer questions. It accepts calls at 403-851-7719 daily from 8 a.m.- 8 p.m.

Closures remain in place for pathways adjacent to the Bow River from Riverfront Park to Griffin Industrial Point, including the Jim Uffelmann Memorial Park.

There are road closures on portions of West Side Drive between Quigley Drive and West Rock Road and a section of Riverview Drive near Griffin Road West.

The emergency coordination centre remains active.
