Cochrane RCMP is still diligently piecing together the puzzle that made news across Canada and overseas. 

RCMP Corporal, Troy Savinkoff shares the victim is slowly on his way to recovery. "Our victim has been upgraded to stable condition."

While no 'new' information is being released, Cpl. Savinkoff says RCMP is currently working their way through a large number of investigational tasks and leads. "Once again, we are just asking for the public to continue to submit tips if they hear anything about the incident."
