In December 2022, she won the U17 overall title at the PanAm Championships in Santiago, Chile.

Then, in January 2023, she became the U17 World Overall Champion.

Now she is a Jr. Masters Overall Champion with two additional bronze medals to her name.

Pelkey was joined by fellow Canadian and teammate Nellie Allard, from Quebec who finished 3rd overall in the Jr. Masters.
