You can get your pet's nails done today while supporting a good cause.

The Cochrane and area Humane Society is hosting its Pet-I-Cure fundraiser.

Operations Manager Karla Bennett says they host this event throughout the year.

Bennett says "We run a number of Pet-I-Cure's a year both on Saturday's and Tuesday evenings and it's an opportunity for members of the public to bring their pets down and get their nails trimmed for a minimum donation of $10.

Pet-I-Cure goes this evening from 6:30PM to 8:00PM at the Rehabilitation & Education Centre which is directly behind the main shelter building.

Bennett says they usually see 40-50 people during their Tuesday events and up to 80 people when they hold it on Saturday.
