Tomorrow is Remembrance Day and there are ceremonies happening across the Country honouring Canadian soldiers who have served and fought for

our freedom.

Here in Cochrane the Remembrance Day ceremony begins at 10 am sharp at the Cochrane High School and will continue to the Cenotaph.

Darla Gullons is a former president of the Royal Canadian Legion, Men of Vision Branch number fifteen. Gullons will start the program with her

opening address, followed by the entrance of colours -piped in by the Cochrane Pipe Band and singing of the National Anthem.

Along with veterans and community members, the ceremony will have many speakers as well as members of local council and municipalities in

attendance.

Gullons says the Remembrance Day parade will start at 10:30 am and anyone who would like to join the march to the Cenotaph is welcome.

The march will include several participants in their respective uniforms wanting to show their solidarity with soldiers and veterans.

The program at the Cenotaph will finish with and a formal ceremony that cultivates with the laying of the wreaths and singing of God Save the Queen.
