Thieves made away with a bag containing vehicle keys, personal effects, and an RCMP Police ID.

Two vehicles were stolen from the residence and as of Monday, November 28, afternoon, one stolen vehicle, a 2022 Kia Telluride has been recovered by police.

However, RCMP Corporal Gina Slaney reports the black 2019 Dodge Ram with license plate BCJ3641 is still missing. Slaney says, "If you are to see that vehicle please do not approach the driver just call 911 or a non-emergency line and report your location."

The stolen police identification remains missing and Corp Slaney says, "We are aware that with this badge and identification in the hands of criminals, it could be used to impersonate a police officer specifically RCMP in this case. We want to remind everyone that you can request identification from anyone who identifies themselves as a police officer. You can also call any police detachment to confirm an officer's identity if you ever have any doubt."
