Sydney Mae's new EP "Rhythm" is carefully driven by themes of self-compassion and resilience.

The anxiously awaited release of the six-song EP happened today.

“Each of these songs was written from a lesson that brought me a little bit closer to finding and honoring a deeper connection (or rhythm) with myself before anyone or anything else,” explains Mae.

The title track is the follow-up single to “What We Do” and “Not The Only One.”

“Knowing there’s an intangible, guiding ‘rhythm’ that I can connect to within myself that has impulses, intuition, and maybe a sense for things otherwise unexplainable, has become an anchor and a guide I can fully lean into,” says Mae.

Mae’s debut single, “Feet First,”  featured in the Netflix reality series, Love Is Blind (Episode 403; March 2023), has accumulated 300,000+ streams, and was the #1 most-played song at one point on Stingray Music’s Pop Adult channel.
