The search is on for a missing 9-year-old Calgary boy.

Calgary Police say Justin Cunningham was last seen leaving the Chief Justice Milvain School, located at 3428 42 Street N.E. Calgary, at approximately 9 a.m. this morning (February 20).

Officers have been searching for the young boy all day and have been unable to locate him.

Cunningham lives on Whitman Place, which is located very near Chief Justice Milvain School in Whitehorn. Police say Cunningham is also familiar with the Falconridge neighbourhood in Calgary.

He is described as:

  • approximately 4’ tall
  • dirty blond hair in a buzz cut
  • was wearing a black jacket, and glasses with black frames
  • potentially carrying a black backpack.
