Bill Tierney is with AgResource Company in Chicago.

"Generally speaking, the numbers were bearish, in the sense that corn stocks came in about 102 million bushels above expectations," he said. "They came in at 2,092,000,000 bushels. That is 200 million bushels more than last month."

Tierney says they'll be keeping an eye on whether or not China buys soybeans from the United States.

He notes they'll also be watching Brazil's second corn crop.
