It's part of the Wednesday fundraising evening for the local nonprofit organization at the Thanh Thy restaurant, 103-521 1 St, W. in the Historic Downtown. It runs from 5 to 7 p.m.
Guest speaker is Bukola Ojemakinde, executive director of both the Ladies in the Foundation and Bridge to Oasis Foundation. She is a project engineer for a Calgary oil and gas company and an ardent community servant, who founded both of these nonprofit organizations.
The $25 tickets include a vermicelli bowl, spring roll and a soft drink. There are chicken or vegetarian options available.
