The 9th annual Taste of Bragg Creek, happening this Friday night, will feature 32 local vendors serving up their culinary delights.

“Our 2023 event was so successful, and people really enjoyed getting out and about and really seeing the local establishments and meeting the owners and locals that we wanted to do it again this year,” said founder Charlie Holschuh. “Hundreds of people from Calgary, Cochrane and all-over southern Alberta come out each year for the same reason; great food and drinks, friendly hospitality, good company and conversation and to take in the beautiful spirit of Bragg Creek.”

Holschuh is hoping for another large turnout.

"We hope this year will be the biggest one and we have the most vendors signed up, 32 of them. There was almost no hesitation from any local stores to sign up because they did see a huge success last year."

Event goers have the chance to check out some of the many other things to do in the area while enjoying great food, said Holschuh.

"It definitely gives people the opportunity to wander around and visit the gift stores and all the other stores besides the restaurants and maybe make a day out of it. Drive up to the trailhead, and go for a hike before, we have so much to offer."
