Over 400 people flooded to the 10th annual Cochrane Job Fair.

Thirty vendors set up at the Cochrane Lions Event Centre to promote the job opportunities they have available for people in search of work or perhaps a change of occupation.

Town business development manager Mike Korman says a large numbers of opportunities were able for job seekers.

"The Town is here promoting a few of their full-time jobs and seasonal roles. Spray Lakes Sawmills is here and we've got a few people like the Army and the Canadian Forces is here and a few different businesses."

This year, the town teamed up with Rocky View Employment Services who offered job-seeking seminars like resume writing and interview skill tips.
